We are doing our best to ship your order within 24 hours after you purchased it online. So this means for shipping in Europe, that it will take generally about 1 to 5 business days.

No worries because the parcel deliverer will leave you a small notice in the mailbox which will read that your package will be delivered the next day in a certain time window, or that it is delivered to your neighbours. Go to your orders in your bambyo account and view ‘details order’ and then click ‘’follow order’. You can view the status of your package. Maybe we divided your order into 2 different shipments. Sometimes we do not have all the products available in one warehouse.

Are all the products listed on your delivery note but some items are missing? Please mail or call us if this is the case.

When you place an order you automatically see your billing address as your shipping address in your account. You can change the shipping address to any address you prefer. Click on ‘change shipping address’. If you change your shipping address we will ask you to pay with iDEAL.

If you rather pick up your order yourself, no problem! On the checkout page of our website you can find a lot of pick-up points from DHL parcel stations. You will receive a text message when your order has arrived at the chosen location.

If you order before 23:59 and the product is in stock, then we will ship your order the next morning. Orders from 55,- in the Netherlands will be sent free of shipping costs.

We will let you know if we are unable to ship the next day, you will get a few choices on the checkout page to confirm which day and time you want your package to be delivered.
